Unorthodox Racing’s Ultra Street series lightened under drive crankshaft pulley is just what you need to reduce rotational mass on your motor. Each pulley is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, which ensures maximum strength and balance. Power gains from this pulley are obtained through both under driving and weight loss. It is a fact that an average of 2.7 horsepower is gained for every pound that is taken off the crankshaft. Weight reduction is where the majority of the gains come from with this pulley. The stock pulley weighs in at 4 lbs. 7 oz., while the Unorthodox Racing pulley weighs a measly 14 oz. The other 15% of the gains noticed with this pulley are due to the under driving it provides. Due to this, our pulleys are ideal for daily driven vehicles. Too much under driving can simply be detrimental to your charging system’s health.
