DC Sports 3-into-1 header systems are precision bent on CNC mandrel benders using data acquired from a non-contact digitizing scanner. Flanges are also CNC machined, DC Sports machine-grind the flange mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and use a robotic welder to attach the flange to the header pipes. State-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system made.

SPECIAL NOTES:
1. This system is bolt-on and eliminates the use of stock catalytic converters. An aftermarket catalytic converter may be required for driving on public streets. Please check your local laws before ordering.
2. Please be advised due to changes made to the 05-06 Tiburon ECU, these headers may trip your CEL (Check Engine Light)
Installation
It is preferred that installation of headers are done by a credible exhaust shop, DIY installation is not suggested.
