Return Policy 
Importshark asks that you research all aspects of your product before making your purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Issues of poor workmanship or defects will be handled accordingly. During shipment if the receiving party denies delivery, a refund will be issued minus the return shipping cost and a 25% re-stocking fee. PLEASE BE AWARE that 95% of all products are shipped factory direct, all warranty issues should be brought to the attention of the manufacturer.

Clutches and Flywheel Return Policy
Importshark will not accept returns on clutch kits and flywheels without proper verification from the manufacturers Tech Support Line. If there are any issues during the installation or have any questions YOU MUST contact the manufacturers Tech Support Line for assistance. The individuals that are on the Tech Support Teams are the only persons that can authorize a return on these products.
