Imported Body Kits and Special Order Items
Importshark imports certain body kits and other hard to find products, as a service. We do not stock, hold, or warehouse these items. Imported items are considered a "special order" item, and a refund cannot be issued once the importation process has begun. Please be aware that importing products from overseas is a somewhat long process. Time of arrival may vary or change. We ask that you take this information into consideration before purchasing a body kit.
Delays In Importing
Due to the importation process and strict government policies the original estimated time of arrival may change. The most common reason for this change is U.S. Customs. Shipments can be delayed in Customs for an extended period of time. During that time no one is allowed to handled the shipment until Customs clears it. Another reason for delays is damaged items. If for some reason a container is mishandled and items become damaged we must re-order your items thus starting the process over again.
Fiberglass Products
Although most imported kits are of excellent quality and fitment, additional work may be needed to fit and install body kits and other fiberglass products. This is to ensure the correct fit and look. It is highly recommended that a skilled body shop install any body kit.
Replacement Parts
Most imported body kits can only be purchased as an entire kit. Please be aware that if you are in need of just one piece of a kit you may be required to buy the entire kit. Most customers will go in with other customers and purchase an entire kit to be separated amongst themselves.

Please understand that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, Importshark is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred upon accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, and any mishandling of this product. All parts are recommended to be used for show purposes only.
