About Ordering / No PayPal Required
Customers are not required to have a PayPal account when ordering from Importshark. Like many online shops, a system is required to process credit card transactions. Importshark uses PayPal for this purpose, if you would like to pay using your PayPal account you may do so. If you do not have a paypal account, proceed to through checkout process this will send you to the credit card payment system.

Once Your Order Is Complete
Please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be processed. With-in that time frame we urge you to frequently check your email, so that any questions we may have about your purchase can be answered. Please refer the shipping for more info.

International Orders
International orders require that the shipping address be the same as the credit card holders address. Shipping outside the Continental U.S. is available for select items and is specified in the item description. We ask that you research products before purchasing. To help keep your shipping cost down, Importshark will inspect and re-package your item and ship it via Standard Postal Service. Shipping times will differ depending on the location, normal international shipping takes approximately 12-30 days depending on the item and its origin, please refer back to the item listing and noted shipping times.. We ask that you research your product thoroughly before making your purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Orders Not Accepted
Due to past issues of fraud, Importshark will not accept orders that require shipping to the following countries: Romania, Yugoslavia, Somalia, Macedonia, Belarus, Pakistan, Russia, Lithuania, Egypt, Nigeria, Columbia, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Any purchase made from or needing shipped to will be refunded.

P.O. Boxes
Importshark will not accept purchases that need shipped to a P.O. Box number. Any order requiring this will be refunded.

Out of Stock/Backorder Items
If any item that has been purchased, is out of stock or on backorder, Importshark will make every effort to locate that item and have it shipped as soon an humanly possible. If we are unable to locate a particular item a refund will be issued.

Return Policy
Importshark asks that you research all aspects of your product before making your purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Issues of poor workmanship or defects will be handled accordingly. During shipment if the receiving party denies delivery, a refund will be issued minus the return shipping cost and a 25% re-stocking fee. PLEASE BE AWARE that 95% of all products are shipped factory direct, all warranty issues should be brought to the attention of the manufacturer.
