About Ordering / No PayPal Required
Customers are not required to have a PayPal account when ordering from Importshark. Like many online shops, a system is required to process credit card transactions. Importshark uses PayPal for this purpose, if you would like to pay using your PayPal account you may do so. If you do not have a paypal account, proceed to the checkout process and click on "Don't have a PayPal account?" this will send you to the credit card payment system.

Once Your Order Is Complete
Please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be processed. With-in that time frame we urge you to frequently check your email, so that any questions we may have about your purchase can be answered. Please refer back to the item descritpion for shipping times.

Fraud
Purchasing items under false pretenses is illegal. Importshark does not tolerate credit card fraud or identity theft. Importshark has and will use all resources necessary to locate and press criminal charges against individuals guilty of fraud.

Shipping
After your order is processed it will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL. A tracking number will be emailed to you. PLEASE NOTE: Some tracking numbers are received by Importshark until after the item has been shipped and is in route. Please refer back to the item description for shipping times. Please note that imported items will take longer to arrive.

Due to the nature of importing body kits from overseas, we are unable to process refunds for body kits that have been ordered and are currently in shipping status from the manufacturer. Please be aware that importing body kits from overseas can take time, so we ask for your patience. More Information

International Shipping
Shipping outside North America is available on certain item only. It can take 15-25 days depending on the item and your location. Since products have a long way to travel we require the item(s) be shipped to our office first. That will give us the opportunity to inspect your order. This insures it is correct and is not damaged before being shipped overseas. PLEASE NOTE: Duty taxes may be required at the time of delivery. You will receive an email at some time after your order to request a contact phone number for shipping purposes.

P.O. Boxes
Importshark will not accept purchases that need shipped to a P.O. Box number. Any order requiring this will be refunded.

Return Policy
All sales are final. If the receiving party denies delivery of an item and the item is returned to Importshark, a refund will be issued minus the return shipping cost and a 25% re-stocking fee.

All items going overseas can not be returned and will not be accepted. Overseas items are inspected before they are shipped, if an item is received damaged you must file a claim with the shipping company.

Returns must be within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original resalable condition, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you wish to return a product for any reason please contact us first. Importshark will not accept used parts, closeout items, or special order items. Due to current work schedules and order processing, importshark does not utilize land lines, you may contact us via the web by visiting the contacts page.

Orders Not Accepted
Due to issues of fraud, Importshark will not accept orders that require shipping to the following countries: Romania, Macedonia, Belarus, Pakistan, Russia, Lithuania, Egypt, Nigeria, Columbia, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Any purchase made from or needing shipped to will be refunded.

Out of Stock/Backorder Items
If any item that has been purchased, is out of stock or on backorder, Importshark will make every effort to locate that item and have it shipped as soon an humanly possible. If we are unable to locate a particular item a refund will be issued.
