U.S. Shipping
Please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be processed. With-in that time we urge you to frequently check your email so that any questions we may have can be answered. After your order is processed your item will be shipped via one of the major shipping companies. A tracking number should be emailed to you sometime after the order is processed. PLEASE NOTE: Some tracking numbers are not received by Importshark until after the item has been shipped and is in route. PLEASE BE AWARE that 95% of all products are shipped factory direct. Normal shipping times are 12-15 days. During shipment if the receiving party denies delivery, a refund will be issued minus the return shipping cost and a 25% re-stocking fee.

P.O. Boxes
Importshark will not accept purchases that need shipped to a P.O. Box number. Any order requiring this will be refunded.

International Shipping - International orders require that the shipping address be the same as the credit card holders address. Shipping outside the Continental U.S. is available for select items and is specified in the item description. We ask that you research products before purchasing. To help keep your shipping cost down, Importshark will re-package your item and ship it via Standard Postal Service. Shipping times will differ depending on the location, normal international shipping takes approximately 12-30 days. We ask that you research your product thoroughly before making your purchase.
